Did you know that there are a ton of plant-based, whole-grain, and vegetarian products available at Walmart? I am sharing some of our favorite meals and desserts from a recent grocery trip. All of these items are perfect for vegetarians, flexitarians, or even Meatless Mondays.

Believe it or not, making dinner and even grocery shopping for my family is a bit challenging. My family is a multi-diet family. With more and more people needing to follow specialty diets, this is why I make a lot of the recipes on Delicious Little Bites easily adaptable.

But, let’s be real. I don’t cook dinner every night, my kids aren’t eating freshly baked desserts on a regular basis, and we are often very short on time to make dinner between school, homework, and sports practices.

I typically follow a low carb or keto diet, but used to be a vegetarian and still love to eat that way at times too. My fiancé is gluten free and my youngest son has many food allergies.

Having a variety of quick-to-make meals and treats that I can feel good about eating and serving my family is important for me. Being able to find all of those foods at Walmart during my weekly shopping trip makes my life so much easier.

Yep, it’s true! Walmart carries a ton of products that fit into specialty diets and at a great value. You can buy them in-store or use either the Online Pickup or Delivery options.
I thought it would be fun to do something a little different and show you a variety of some of our favorite frozen meals and treats that I recently purchased at my local Walmart.
