I’m back again with another yummy way to enjoy Thomas’ English Muffins other than for breakfast. Last month, I shared a recipe for a Veggie Sandwich on an English Muffin that’s great for lunch and meal prep. This time around, we’re grilling up a hot Turkey BLT Sandwich that you can easily make for lunch or dinner.

For this sandwich, we’re going to fill those Nooks and Crannies with a Roasted Garlic Aioli then pile on plenty of bacon, turkey, cheese and veggies. This sandwich takes the best parts of a classic BLT and adds a little zest and heartiness that you will love!

Why This Recipe Works

  • This super flavorful sandwich is warm and crispy with melt-y cheese and zesty aioli.
  • You can enjoy this sandwich for lunch or dinner. It goes great with a bowl of soup.
  • It’s quick and easy to make so it’s perfect for a quick lunch or busy weeknight dinner.

How to Make a Grilled Turkey BLT Sandwich

Prep!

If you aren’t using leftover bacon, you’ll need to cook that first. And, if you’re making your own aioli, that should be done ahead of time as well.

Wash and prep the tomato and lettuce.

Create!

Two english muffin halves in a black grill pan. One is plain and the other has turkey and cheese on it.

Halve the Thomas’ English Muffin and top one side with the cheese and turkey.

Heat a grill pan over medium high and place the two halves on it once it’s hot. Cook for 2-4 minutes until the English muffin is toasted and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the grill pan to a plate.

Present!

Spread the Roasted Garlic Aioli onto the empty half of the English Muffin.

Top the turkey and cheese with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.  Close and enjoy!
