Step-By-Step Instructions
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons capers (roughly chopped)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickles (finely chopped): you can use relish, or sweet pickles, if preferred.
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill (minced): you can use parsley, basil, or tarragon, if preferred.
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice: fresh squeezed is best.
- dash Worcestershire sauce
- dash hot sauce (optional)
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)

Prep!
Roughly chop the capers and pickles. Mince the dill.
Create!
Combine the mayonnaise, capers, pickles, dill, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Mix until evenly blended.
Taste and season with salt and pepper, as needed.
