Classic mojitos have a light, fresh flavor and don’t taste strongly of alcohol which can make them more enjoyable to drink, for some.
This Strawberry Mojito recipe uses all of the same ingredients as a traditional Cuban mojito, including rum, club soda, fresh mint, and freshly squeezed limes, but the simple syrup is replaced with fresh strawberries and simple syrup or sugar, if needed.
It is the perfect summer cocktail, and even better if you’re lucky enough to have super sweet, home grown strawberries to use!
