Roast Beef Sliders are a delicious choice to serve as an appetizer, snack, or main meal for your family and friends. They are perfectly toasted sandwiches with so much flavor and cheesy yumminess.

These sliders are a staple to serve at your next tailgate or Super Bowl party, special celebration or potluck dinner. Or, serve them as a full meal alone or with chips or fries or a tasty soup or salad.

These sliders are made on King’s Hawaiian rolls with a zesty horseradish spread and brushed with a garlic herb butter on top for even more flavor.

If you are in need of a quick dinner, the whole family will enjoy a plate of these sliders.

For parties, you can also make a variety of sliders including Pulled Pork Sliders, Turkey Sliders, and/or Spicy Beef Sliders and let guests choose their favorite or try one or two of each.

Why This Recipe Works

Roast Beef Sliders are a quick and easy, family friendly snack, that could also be served as a main meal.

Using high-quality roast beef makes these sliders incredibly flavorful. Savory roast beef, provolone cheese, horseradish sauce with a kick and sweet Hawaiian rolls brushed with garlic butter are all components of this dish that come together so perfectly.

This dish is versatile and customizable. It is your choice on what type of roast beef you use or if you want to swap out the provolone cheese for cheddar or Swiss cheese. The horseradish spread can also be omitted or swapped out for another spread you may prefer.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Ingredients

Ingredients needed to make roast beef sliders on a marble background with text overlay.

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls: you can use any slider rolls you like, if you can’t find these or prefer something else.
  • 1 pound roast beef (sliced thin): the roast beef will be the primary flavor in these sliders so be sure to choose a high quality meat. We use london broil sliced to order from the deli at the grocery store.
  • 6 slices provolone cheese: you could also use Swiss or cheddar cheese, if preferred.
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
