This seasonal Pumpkin Spice Boozy Milkshake is a tasty, fun dessert to enjoy during fall. It’s an ice cream drink that tastes kind of like a frozen pumpkin spice mudslide.
The base of vanilla ice cream pairs deliciously with caramel and pumpkin pie spice. A boozy kick is added with pumpkin spice liqueur and whipped cream vodka.

How To Make A Pumpkin Spice Boozy Milkshake
Ingredients
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Pumpkin Spice Liqueur: we’ve made this with different brands, but most recently used Mr. Stacks Pumpkin Spice Liqueur or Molly’s Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream.
- Whipped Cream Vodka: Pinnacle Vodka in Whipped is what we always use, but Veil also has a Whipped Cream Vodka.
- Caramel Sauce
- Pumpkin Pie Spice: or cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Ice

Prep!
There really is no prep work for this recipe other than to set up your blender and gather all of the necessary ingredients.
Create!
Drizzle the caramel around the inside of 4 tall glasses.
Add the ice, ice cream, pumpkin spice liqueur, vodka, and pumpkin spice to the blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into the 4 prepared glasses.
Present!
You can top the glasses with whipped cream, extra caramel sauce, or a dash of pumpkin spice, if desired.
Tips and Techniques
- Add the ice to the blender first to prevent any pieces from not being fully puréed.
- For thicker milkshakes, place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before serving.
