This seasonal Pumpkin Spice Boozy Milkshake is a tasty, fun dessert to enjoy during fall. It’s an ice cream drink that tastes kind of like a frozen pumpkin spice mudslide.

The base of vanilla ice cream pairs deliciously with caramel and pumpkin pie spice. A boozy kick is added with pumpkin spice liqueur and whipped cream vodka.

This is my husbands first recipe contribution to Delicious Little Bites. Daryl will be sharing more easy drink recipes in the future, so stay tuned for more fun. We having been enjoying this boozy milkshake since he came up with it last year and I think you will too.

If you’re inspired to celebrate the season with a larger dessert spread, try pairing this Pumpkin Spice Boozy Milkshake with Mini Apple Pie Bites or an Apple Crostata.

For a fun breakfast for dinner idea, serve this milkshake alongside Apple Stuffed French Toast. You can even make this recipe kid friendly simply by omitting the alcohol.

Why This Recipe Works

This milkshake is very easy to make. All you need to do is toss all the ingredients into a blender.

It’s a five-ingredient recipe, plus ice.

Boozy milkshakes are a delicious after dinner dessert drink for the grown-ups. It’s the perfect little nightcap.

How To Make A Pumpkin Spice Boozy Milkshake

Ingredients

Ingredients to make a pumpkin spice boozy milkshake on a marble backdrop with text overlay.

  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Pumpkin Spice Liqueur: we’ve made this with different brands, but most recently used Mr. Stacks Pumpkin Spice Liqueur or Molly’s Pumpkin Spice Irish Cream.
  • Whipped Cream Vodka: Pinnacle Vodka in Whipped is what we always use, but Veil also has a Whipped Cream Vodka.
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: or cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Ice

The entire recipe and instructions can be found in the recipe card at the bottom of this post. You can print the recipe from the card, if needed.
