Lose weight and stay healthy easily with a Personal Trainer Food meal subscription!
We all know that the holidays tend to mean adding a few extra pounds. I’ll admit, that I kind of throw the idea of eating healthy out the door this time of year. And, yes, come January 1st, I’m back in the gym (or rather back onto my treadmill at home) with everyone else.
This year, I’m trying something a little different. I’ve signed up for a 28 day supply of meals from Personal Trainer Food. From the beginning of December until almost the end, my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are done! All I need to do is heat and eat!
You might be wondering what Personal Trainer Food is all about and why I am going to follow this program for a month. There are a lot of meal subscription boxes out there. I have personally tried many of them. While I have no complaints about any of them, what I like about Personal Trainer Food is that it easily fits into my current diet of low carb and more protein.
I’ve been working hard since June to lose weight and build muscle. I have a goal to be the healthiest I have ever been by my birthday in 2018. I do not want to slip up during the holidays and possibly struggle to get back on track!
Getting Started with a Personal Trainer Food Meal Subscription
To get started, I simply went on the Personal Trainer Food website and selected a meal plan that would work best for me. I chose the 28-Day meal plan which includes 28 breakfasts, 56 entrees (for lunches and dinner) and 56 vegetable side dishes (also for lunches and dinners). I will supply healthy snacks, if needed, on my own.
My meals arrived all at once in a large insulated box. On top was a booklet with some helpful information and tips.
Although the dry ice was gone by the time my meals arrived, the bags were still cold and the food was still completely frozen. I filled up our extra freezer in the garage with all of my meals, so if you order be sure to have plenty of freezer space!
I’ll be beginning my diet on December 2, 2017. In addition to the diet, I’ll be following the same workout schedule I normally do. I’ll take my weight before I begin, as well as near the end. Follow my Insta-stories for pictures of the meals as I make them and other updates on how things are going! In late December, or early January I’ll share a whole post on the meals and my results!
