This Sweet Mango Dipping Sauce is a quick and easy recipe that pairs exceptionally well with shrimp and chicken!
This week, my fiancé told me he has been craving coconut shrimp. This is nothing new, he would eat coconut shrimp every week if he could! I actually make them so often, that I’ve started trying out new sides and dipping sauces with them.
My Sweet Mango Dipping Sauce literally takes 5 minutes to make and adds a lot of flavor to simple dishes! It pairs great with all types of proteins, but we especially love it with seafood!

There isn’t much prep work to this recipe. Dicing the mango is the hardest part.
Add the mango, apricot preserves, and lime juice to a blender. Process until smooth. Serve! How easy is that?!? You can make this ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator, if needed.
