One of my fiance’s favorite recipes that I make is Coconut Shrimp. I actually make them so often, that I had to started trying out new sides and dipping sauces to serve with them to keep from getting bored. We often use sweet chili sauce, but I really wanted to turn my recipe for Spicy Mango Chutney into a sweet mango dip that the whole family could enjoy.

This recipe for Sweet Mango Dipping Sauce takes just 3 ingredients and can be whipped up in right around 5 minutes! Obviously, it pairs great with shrimp, but you can also use it as a dip for chicken or even on top of ice cream or cheesecake for dessert.

Why This Recipe Works

  • 3 ingredients, 5 minutes, endless uses.
  • You can easily adjust the flavor to suit your own tastes.
  • You can make this mango dip ahead of time. Store it in the refrigerator and use within 1-2 days.
