Skip the “out” in take-out and stay in with Ling Ling Fried Rice Meals!
I enjoy take-out food, except the part where I actually have to go out to get it. I love that I can pick up the new Ling Ling Fried Rice meals on my regular weekly shopping trips so it’s a lot more convenient for my current busy mom life. And, it actually tastes as good as take-out too! They use an infusion-style cooking method so that every bite is full of flavor! I especially appreciate the fact that Ling Ling Fried Rice is all natural with no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives.
Ling Ling Fried Rice Varieties
Ling Ling Fried Rice comes in 5 different flavors based on authentic recipes from Japan, China, Korea, and Thailand. The varieties are:
- Yakitori Chicken
- Yakiniku Beef
- Thai-Style Chicken
- Chinese-Style Vegetable
- Bibimbap Beef
These meals are a great option for busy weeknights. You can make them in a skillet if you like a crispier texture, or the microwave if you prefer a moister texture. Each bag takes 4-9 minutes to cook depending on the cooking technique you choose to use.
I love that each box has 2 individual bags inside so I can make mix and match the flavors depending on what each family member prefers. So far, my family and I have tried the Thai-Style Chicken and the Bibimbap Beef.
I had to try the Thai-Style Chicken variety first, as I love all things Thai-inspired lately! This fried rice meal contains some of my favorite ingredients, like green curry, coconut milk, and grilled pineapple, as well as pieces of chicken, edamame, green onions, red bell peppers, and carrots.
I made this meal on a busy night for myself and my oldest son. I used the microwave cooking method for a moister texture. We both loved this! It’s more sweet, than spicy. The chicken texture is perfect and the overall flavor is delicious! I can be really picky about meat in frozen meals, but this one is definitely a win!
I also chose to purchase the Bibimbap Beef variety. I recently had a similar Korean-inspired dish and loved it so I was hoping this would be equally as delicious! This fried rice meal is a bit spicier due to the addition of Ling Ling’s signature spicy gochujang sauce, so just the adults enjoyed this one when I made it. It also contains marinated beef, spinach, carrots, red bell peppers, and edamame.
I used the skillet cooking method for a crispier texture when I made this one. My fiancé and I loved it! We are both big fans of Asian-inspired meals, spicy food, and beef so this meal is a huge win for both of us! It’s only mildly spicy, so some kids may enjoy this one as well!
