Keto Farms makes single serve packages of crunchy keto snacks that come in a variety of flavor combinations. This Keto Farms review will discuss more about the brand, their line products and a review of each one.

I was first introduced to Keto Farms through Keto Krate, a monthly keto snack subscription box that I absolutely love. The purpose of Keto Krate is to introduce you to new keto-focused brands and products. It’s a great way to try-before-you-buy.

The first product that I tried from Keto Farms was a cheese puff and nut combination in nacho flavor. I loved it and was definitely planning on buying more. However, before I got around to purchasing more, Keto Farms reached out to me and offered to send me a mini care package at the beginning of the new year.

That package including a few more of their cheese and nut flavor varieties and I loved them all. I decided to go ahead and purchase a variety package on Amazon so that I could write this review and share the love.

These are honestly some of the best keto snacks that I’ve had. If you prefer crunchy keto snacks, or more salty and savory types of snacks, I would highly recommend Keto Farms. The brand also carries a couple of more sweet options, that are also including in the review below.

About Keto Farms

Keto Farms was started by two friends who had fallen off the keto diet wagon a time or two due to craving foods that weren’t keto-friendly.

To remedy their cravings for crunchy, savory snacks they created a variety of cheese and nut treats in different flavors that are similar to the snacks they missed. All of Keto Farms products are made with real, clean ingredients.

The majority of Keto Farms snacks are packaged in individual 1-ounce servings, although some come in larger 9-ounce bags. They are a delicious way to satisfy your snack cravings and perfect to take on-the-go.

The packages are just the right size for travel, road trips, hiking or tossing into your bag for an afternoon snack when hunger hits.

On the Keto Farms website, there are a total of 6 different snacks, however, the Sweet Strawberry flavor states that it is not available, nor is it available on Amazon, at this time. For that reason, I have not sampled that product and it will not be included in this review.

Should it become available again, I will definitely purchase it to try and will update this post then.

Nacho Cheddar Crunchy Cheese Mix

As mentioned earlier, this Nacho Cheddar Crunchy Cheese Mix is the first snack from Keto Farms that I tried and absolutely loved. The combination of cheese and nuts is just brilliant, but the zesty nacho flavor really brings it all together.

While the ingredient list is a bit longer, it seems as if most ingredients are what is used to make cheese and all of the spices that go into the nacho seasoning. Some of the main ingredients in this mix are cheddar cheese, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, almonds, pecans, MCT oil, tomato powder and spices.

There are 170 calories, 16 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 7 grams of protein, 4 grams total carbohydrates and 2 grams of net carbohydrates per serving. There is also 1 gram of sugar.

This flavor is a great replacement if you crave foods like cheese chips or nacho chips. You get both the flavor and the crunch in this snack and won’t feel as if you’re missing out on anything.

Cheesy Jalapeño Crunchy Cheese Mix

I really didn’t think that I’d like any of the other crunchy cheese mixes as much as I like the nacho flavor, but I was wrong. This Cheesy Jalapeño Crunchy Cheese Mix is equally as delicious, in my opinion.

Some of the main ingredients in this mix are Monterey jack cheese with peppers, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, almonds, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, MCT oil and spices.

There are 160 calories, 13 grams of fat, 4 grams of saturated fat, 8 grams of protein, 4 grams of total carbohydrates and 2 grams of net carbohydrates per serving. There is also 1 gram of sugar.

It’s not overly spicy, but there is definitely some spiciness. The jalapeño peppers bring more of a smokier, more savory flavor to the mix. If you like those types of flavors, then I would just as highly recommend this variety.

Zesty Ranch Crunchy Cheese Mix

The Zesty Ranch Crunchy Cheese Mix is a bit different than the other two in that the flavor of the ranch is more dominant that the flavor of the cheese.

This is a great option for those that like anything and everything Ranch flavored.

Ingredients in this mix include Monterey jack cheese with peppers, cheddar cheese, almonds, jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, MCT oil and spices.

There are 160 calories, 14 grams of fat, 3 grams of saturated fat, 7 grams of protein, 4 grams of total carbohydrates and 2 grams of net carbohydrates per serving. There is also 1 gram of sugar.

Maple Candied Pecans

Keto Farms also offers 2 different candied nuts snacks. I tried the Maple Candied Pecans in another Keto Krate, but will admit that they aren’t my favorite.

While I like sweet snacks, and even maple-flavored foods, I found these to be too sweet to eat more than a couple at a time. There is also a bit of a cooling effect, likely from erythritol. Sometimes alternative sweeteners are just stronger.

Ingredients in these pecans include pecans, salt, natural maple flavor, vanilla extract, cinnamon, erythritol and monk fruit.

There are 150 calories, 16 grams of fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 2 grams of protein, 10 grams of total carbohydrates and just 1 gram of net carbohydrates per serving. There is less than 1 gram of sugar.

If you like candied pecans and would like to try a keto-friendly alternative I would still recommend giving these a try. The flavor is definitely there and you might not find them as sweet as I do. Everyone’s tastes are bit different.

In addition, the majority of the reviews that I’ve read on this snack are overwhelmingly positive.

Butter Toffee Peanuts

I also received these Butter Toffee Peanuts in a Keto Krate (see how awesome this subscription is about sending a big variety of snacks every month?!).

Again, toffee is not a flavor that I tend to gravitate to even in my pre-keto days. I was, and still am, more of a chocolate and vanilla girl when it comes to sweets.

My personal feelings about the taste of these peanuts is very much the same as with the pecans. They are sweet with a cooling effect that I just don’t love. Again, if you like sweeter snacks with maple or toffee flavors, then you will likely enjoy these particular snacks more than I do.

Ingredients in these peanuts include pecans, butter, salt, peanut oil, caramel color (I’m not sure of the source), erythritol and monk fruit.

There are 140 calories, 12 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 5 grams of protein, 8 grams of total carbohydrates and just 1 gram of net carbohydrates per serving. There is 1 gram of sugar.

Where to Buy Keto Farms Snacks

The Keto Farms website will link you over to Amazon to buy their snacks. A package of 6 individual serving packs is currently $14.99. Each individual pouch is 1-ounce.

For the crunchy cheese mixes, you can buy just a single flavor or a variety pack that comes with 2 flavors of each the 3 flavors mentioned in this review. The same three flavors also come in a single 9-ounce bag for $19.99.

The candied nuts are also sold in a package of 6 individual serving packs for $14.99. Currently, only the Maple Candied Pecans are available in the 9-ounce bags for $19.99. It’s also interesting to note that the individual sizes of the pecans is 1.25-ounces rather than 1-ounce like all of the other products.

You can save on any and all of Keto Farms keto snacks by using the Amazon subscribe and save option, if you prefer.
