- Sour Cream

- Sugar Substitute: I use erythritol. If you are not low carb or keto, you can use regular sugar.
- Lemon: juice and zest.
- Salt and Pepper
- Parsley or Dill: optional.

Prep!
Peel the cucumbers, if desired, and thinly slice. Thinly slice the shallots, zest and juice the lemon. Mince the parsley or dill, if using.
