Cauliflower  Au Gratin

Keto Cauliflower Au Gratin is just as creamy and flavorful as Au Gratin Potatoes but with only 7 net carbs per serving. This low carb, gluten free side dish is the perfect comfort food to pair with all of your favorite meals.

Cauliflower  Au Gratin Ingredients

Prep The Cauliflower

Cut the cauliflower in thin slices about 1/4-inch thick. Place a layer into the bottom of a medium casserole dish.

Assemble The Layers

Top the bottom layer of cauliflower with cheese. Repeat this process for 2-3 layers depending on the size of your dish.

Add The Cream

Before the final layer of cheese is added, mix together cream, milk, garlic, salt and pepper and pour evenly over the top of the cauliflower.

Bake The Au Gratin

Cover and bake for 45 minutes then remove the foil and add the last layer of cheese and all of the bacon. Bake another 5-10 minutes.
