Why This Recipe Works
Like most cocktails, an El Diablo is easy to make. It’s as simple and measuring out the ingredients and stirring them together with ice.
This is a flavorful cocktail. The tequila is balanced nicely with sweetness from Chambord, tartness from the lime juice and spiciness from the ginger beer.
You can enjoy this cocktail anytime, on its own, with hors d’oeuvres during a cocktail hour, with your favorite Mexican food or during celebrations like Cinco de Mayo.
