FAQ’s

How Do You Make Peanut Clusters On The Stove Top?

Peanut clusters can be made by using the double boiler method to melt the milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.

Place the chocolate chips into a glass bowl over a slow simmered pot of water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the simmering water and that the water does not get into the bowl.

Once melted, remove the bowl from the pot and stir in the peanuts.

When the peanuts are fully coated place 2 tablespoons of rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.

Immediately sprinkle coarse salt on top.

Place in the freezer for 10 minutes until fully set.

How Do You Make Peanut Clusters In The Microwave?

To make peanut clusters using the microwave, melt one bag of the chocolate chips at a time by placing them in a microwave-safe glass bowl.

Cook for 20-second intervals, mixing after each interval until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the peanuts.

When the peanuts are fully coated place 2 tablespoons of rounded spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.

Immediately sprinkle coarse salt on top.

Place in the freezer for 10 minutes until fully set.

I made these to add to a cookie tray I was gifting my new neighbors and gave some to the family to sample. Even my “peanut-hating” daughter asked for another one. These crock pot peanut clusters may be my new go-to confection.
