While out to dinner with friends, my husband sent me a photo of the cocktail menu of the restaurant where they were dining. I immediately responded that I was going to need him to figure out how to make me the Crème Brûlée Martini, which he got to work on the very next day.

This might just be the best martini, I’ve ever had, though our Gingerbread Martini is up there on my list of favorites, as well.

It’s made with vanilla vodka, Irish creme liqueur and white chocolate liqueur. A splash of heavy cream makes it a bit richer in flavor.

I like to line the glass in caramel sauce for even more sweetness in every sip, but that part is optional.

Why This Recipe Works

This is a quick and easy martini recipe to prepare. You just need 4 ingredients and a few minutes to make it.

It has a delicious, sweet flavor. It doesn’t have a strong alcohol flavor or burn, making it a very smooth and easy beverage to drink.

The recipe is adaptable. You can alter the amounts of any of the ingredients to suit your own tastes.
