Healthy Benefits of Cranberry Seeds

Cranberry seeds are loaded with healthy benefits. Some of the health benefits of cranberry seeds include:

  • Fiber: cranberry seeds have 1.6 times more fiber than chia or flax seeds
  • Good source of zinc, magnesium and Omega-3 fatty acids
  • May help support digestive, immunity, heart and brain health

What Do Cranberry Seeds Taste Like?

While raw cranberries are extremely tart and many people do not enjoy eating them without cooking them or adding sugar, cranberry seeds have very little flavor.

You can easily add these seeds to all of your favorite recipes to add a healthy kick without affecting the overall flavor of your food.
