This Baileys Salted Caramel Mocha Latte recipe was developed by Daryl Harris and tested by both of us.
Hot lattes are such a pleasure to drink during the wintertime. This recipe combines salted caramel liqueur Baileys and Godiva chocolate liqueur with a shot of espresso and milk to create the most delicious latte you’ve ever tasted.
It is sweet, extra creamy, and indulgent. The bitter coffee paired with sweet liqueurs is a wonderful combination; it’s like an Irish coffee.
You don’t even need an espresso maker for this recipe, though it will come in handy if you do happen to have one. You should also use a milk frother to make an extra creamy, light textured latte. If you would like to try a regular latte, without the booze, try my recipe for a Vanilla Latte, or you could make this recipe without the liqueurs. If you don’t like coffee, try this hot Chai Tea Latte instead.
